VETTING INFORMATION
This is not the Reunion Registration. This is what you need to complete in order
to gain access to the base to attend the reunion.

If there is a chance you might attend the reunion, please go ahead and get vetted. The last day for vetting is June 10th.
If you have a current DoD ID, you do not need to be vetted. Things to keep in mind:

• THE VISITOR CENTER IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. IF YOU DO NOT GET VETTED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND ANY REUNION ACTIVITIES ABOARD THE BASE.
• Everyone 18 years and older needs to be vetted by MCB Camp Lejeune in order to obtain a Base Pass – even if they are a guest. Because alcohol will be served at all events, only guests 21 and over will be allowed at the main reunion and the Decade Parties.
• Guests under the age of 18 do not have to be vetted. You can take them to the beach and aboard the base if you wish. If you bring your children, please bring a trusted caregiver to watch them while you participate in reunion activities. We are not furnishing babysitting services.
• Cut-off for vetting is JUNE 10, 2025, which means, IF YOU ARE NOT VETTED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND ANY EVENTS THAT OCCUR ON THE BASE.
• Everyone will need to have a REAL ID or VERIFIED PROOF OF IDENTITY. Please refer to the BASE ACCESS PROCEDURES FOR MCB CAMP LEJEUNE for more details.
• Base Passes will be good for July 10-13, 2025 and are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

REGISTERING YOURSELF IF YOU ARE DRIVING YOUR CAR OR A RENTAL

• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ACCEPT.
• Scroll to the bottom of the next page until you find, CAMP LEJEUNE HIGH SCHOOL REUNION 2025
  (the events are listed by date). Once you find it, click on REQUEST SPONSOR.
• Once you click, I AGREE, under the PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT, you will be taken to the vetting page.
• If you are driving, you will need to fill out all the requested info. It asks for your SSN, Driver’s License No, Insurance Info, and Vehicle info.
• If you plan on driving a rental car, put RENTAL where is asks for CAR TYPE.
• Once you have completed your information, click SAVE.

REGISTERING A GUEST OR IF YOU ARE NOT DRIVING

• NOTE: You will have to go through the process for EACH PERSON that is 18 years and older.
• When you get to the vetting site, at the top of the page, you will see VISITOR TYPE. Click on the arrow and choose PASSENGER.
• The information requested for you or your guest will be their SSN, DOB, and Government ID number and expiration date. Refer to BASE ACCESS PROCEDURES FOR MCB CAMP LEJEUNE for acceptable forms of Government IDs.

After you submit your vetting application, you will get a letter from the Base saying that they received it. The Base will begin actively vetting everyone on JUNE 10. They will only alert you if there is a problem with your application.

Base Passes will be given to you when you pick up your REGISTRATION PACKET on Thursday or Friday, July 10-11, 2025.

REMEMBER, go ahead and get vetted even if you are not sure you are coming to the reunion. If you wait until the last minute, you will not be able to get in if you are a civilian. BASE PASSES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE – the name on the Base pass has to match your form of identification.
