REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be received in writing via email to lejeunealumni@gmail.com no later than June 25, 2025.
No refunds will be given after that time, and phone requests will not be accepted.
Refund requests made by June 10, 2025 will be refunded at 75%.
Refund requests made by June 25, 2025 will be refunded at 50%.
Refund requests made AFTER June 25, 2025 will not be refunded
We understand that unforeseen situations arise for everyone. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for any reason,
because we have already finished the work and paid for you two weeks before the reunion.
HOW TO FILL OUT THE REUNION REGISTRATION FORM
- Download the REGISTRATION FORM to your phone or computer. You need to have Acrobat Reader in order to open the file.
- Because we have several married alumni, both are able to register using one form.
- PARTICIPANT #1: Complete the section. Note, if you don’t have a home phone, please list your mobile number. Also, please use your personal email address. Work emails change over time (retirement, moving to a new job, etc).
- PARTICIPANT #2: This section is for alumni use only. If you are married to an alumnus, this is where you will fill out the info. Please complete all the info asked for.
- GUESTS: This is where you will put your spouse (non-alumni), friends, and family that are attending the reunion with you. Please note that all guests must be 21 years old as of July 10, 2025.
- PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please add up the number of attendees and put that number in the NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS box. Multiply that number by $100 and put that total amount in the TOTAL AMT DUE box.
- SENDING THE FORM: Once you’ve completed filling out the form SAVE IT and EMAIL IT to lejeunealumni@gmail.com. Or you can print it out, fill it out by hand, take a picture of it, and email it to me.
- MAKE PAYMENT: Click on MAKE PAYMENT. Here, you will have the option to pay using PayPal, Venmo, or by using your debit or credit card.

- Under ALUMNI REGISTRATION enter the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE for your registration.
- After entering the amount, hit your preferred method of payment.
- Once payment has been made, your method of payment should give you a receipt.

The Alumni Association took a big hit in 2020 when we had to cancel the reunion due to COVID.
We lost our deposits for the venues, as well as the entertainment. If you are able, we could sure use
a few extra dollars to help make this reunion spectacular!
